   By using This Tall to Ride (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Purpose of the App

   The App provides ride requirement information and height estimate tools for planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for official park guidance.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

   Ride data and height estimates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always verify requirements with the park.

4. User Responsibilities

   • Parents/guardians are responsible for evaluating ride suitability.
   • You are responsible for entering accurate information.

5. Safety Disclaimer

   We are not liable for injuries or incidents related to ride participation. Follow park rules and operator instructions at all times.

6. Privacy

   Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

   The App and its content are owned by EKOMAE PTY LTD. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKOMAE PTY LTD disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion.
